GENERAL CRITERA

The nominee must have been involved in an athletic activity at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School in the category for which he or she is nominated.
The nominee must have demonstrated outstanding abilities and contributions in the category for which nominated.
The nominee must have demonstrated high moral character, outstanding citizenship and ideals.

This is where you make your point in support of the nomination. List objective, statistical records, such as won-lost records, titles, points scored, career facts and highlights and the like. You are to focus on the nominee’s contributions that had the most significant impact on high school sports. For team nominations include the name of the head and assistant coaches. Barring special circumstances, each year the Hall of Fame Committee may honor a maximum of one team and/or a maximum of one posthumous inductee who competed a minimum of 5 years prior to consideration. Nominations must be received by March 10.
