  • Archbishop Bergan Catholic Elementary School is accepting applications for a part time Bilingual Para Educator.
    This 30 hour a week position will work to create a connection between the school and the vibrant Hispanic community in Fremont. They will be expected interpret and translate while also assisting the Kindergarten classrooms at the school.

  • In January 2016, school administration sent out the initial Academic Calendar for this 2016-2017 school year. This calendar was updated over the summer and distributed again in August. There is some confusion about a few dates and we would like to clarify. SCHOOL IS IN SESSION ON THURSDAY DECEMBER 22nd. This will be our last day before Christmas break. THERE WILL BE NO 1:00PM DISMISSAL ON TUESDAY APRIL 4. This will be a full day of school. Have a wonderful Christmas Break with your family. School resumes Wednesday January 4, 2017.

  • Through conversations with Stacey Lichtenberg, we would like to focus on a HOUSE service project for deployed service men and women. At Archbishop Bergan Catholic Middle/High School we are going to have each of the nine houses put together a care package that will be send overseas to active duty soldiers. Here is a list of things that each HOUSE can collect and send over. Stacey would like to box up the packages when she returns for her next session on Wednesday November 9th. All items can be brought to Room 105 at that time.

    Please meet on the south end of the track at 6:45 wearing your Cheer Clinic T-Shirt!
    Where: Bergan Elementary and Heedum field
    You will cheer for the first and second quarter on the track with the BHS cheerleading team. You will learn cheers, chants, and a spirit dance at the clinic. You will also perform the spirit dance on the field at half time! This will be performed at the BHS Varsity Football game on September 23 rd
    Cost: $20.00
    This includes your Lil’ Lady Knights Cheer Clinic T-shirt, Clinic participation, and snacks at the clinic.
    We will also be selling awesome hair bows made by the cheerleaders for an additional $5.00

  • Director of Stewardship and Community Relations Needed for Our Growing Parish

    St. Patrick Parish has an exciting opportunity for an energetic professional with exceptional communication skills to join our leadership team as Director of Stewardship and Community Relations. The candidate will be responsible for leading parish-wide stewardship efforts while also developing long-term relationships with parishioners, business leaders, and benefactors of the parish to support and sustain the ministries of St. Patrick Parish. The candidate will also coordinate parish communications, including print and electronic media.

  • Archbishop Bergan Catholic School is named 2016 National Award Recipients for the national Let’s Move! Active Schools Initiative – an initiative recognizing schools for their outstanding efforts in creating an active school environment. Only three schools were honored in Nebraska!

  • This year at Archbishop Bergan, each house has selected an agency or non-profit organization in the area to help do outreach to in our community. House of St. Cuthbert and House of St. Neumann have paired together to work on collecting materials needed at The Bridge here in Fremont.

  • Classroom requests for your student(s) are allowed at Archbishop Bergan Catholic Elementary, but requests are not always granted. Parents make classroom requests for various reasons, but only classroom requests that have an impact on your students’ ability to have academic success in the classroom are considered by the school.

    All classroom requests, regardless of whether you have contacted any classroom teacher, staff member or the Principal, need to be made using the following form. These requests must be made before Friday June 10th, 2016. Any classroom request made after Friday June 10th will NOT be considered.
