Knight's Code Student of the Month is an award given to two students each month at Bergan Middle/High School. Teachers nominate and select one student from grades 7-8 and 9-12. Students are recognized at the first prayer service in front of the entire student body. The criteria used to select students comes from the matrix used at the middle and high school outlining behaviors, both academic and social, that represent what makes a Bergan Knight.
Students receive a certificate with an explanation about why they were selected, candy and a Gatorade, and have their picture taken. Exciting news this year, the Parent Knights who have helped provide the plaque and rewards last year, are helping create an additional reward: Knight's Code Student of the Semester. This award will utilize the same criteria.
The Bergan Middle/High School staff are excited to continue this program, and we look forward to seeing your student being nominated this 2018-2019 school year.
