Flood Assistance & Spring Happenings!

Are you in need of any assistance due to recent flooding in and around the Fremont area? Please contact the school administration if any of the Bergan Family needs anything. We as a school will attempt to assist members of our Bergan Family that have suffered material losses from flooding with the Bergan Emergency Family Fund. If you know of someone that needs our monetary assistance, please contact Dan Koenig and we will get funds disbursed to them. Email dan.koenig@berganknights.org or call 402-721-9683

The Archbishop Bergan Catholic School Plant Sale fundraiser will be taking place over the next two weeks.  The plant sale provider, Janet's Jungle, has a solid reputation and high quality plants that rival anything purchased from a high end greenhouse. Annuals, perennials and garden plants will be available for purchase. All Archbishop Bergan students will be participating in the pre sale of plants that takes place in March. Plants will not be delivered as they will be picked up by customers May 2nd & 3rd from 4pm to 7pm at the Bergan High School Gym.  We thank Therese Hoyle for agreeing to chair this important fundraising opportunity for Archbishop Bergan Catholic School. The website to see what plants are for sale can be accessed by using this link… http://www.janetsjungle.com/fremont-bergan.html

Hope of the Poor-  During Lent we will be embarking on a service project to support a family in Mexico.  Through the organization HOPEOFTHEPOOR.ORG students will be supporting a family using their spare change.  Rev. Walter Nolte talked about the effort during Ash Wednesday Mass and how our students will be making a difference.   Please be sure that at the end of Lent every student returns their box, regardless of if they collected funds or not, as we will be using these boxes again in the future.  The boxes will need to be folded/constructed by each student.
