2019 Lenten Service Project - Hope Of The Poor
Our sister mission Hope of the Poor is a powerful ministry to alleviate the poverty of being unloved. Following the example of Mother Teresa's life to love others, we have partnered with Hope of the Poor, to bring the light of Christ to the darkest mission fields and by living out Matthew. 25:40 “Whatever you do to the least of these, you do to me.”
Please watch the videos and add the many people that this powerful ministry impacts to your daily prayers.
During Lent, our parish is actively adopting one family this year to get them off the street and to experience the reach of His love. Parishioners will be supporting a family using their spare change. If you would like a collection box to use during the Lenten season or are in the place to make a small monetary gift in His name to support this incredible ministry, please contact the St. Patrick parish office at 402-721-6611.
