Help Wanted... Bergan Elementary School is in desperate need of volunteers for our lunch program. 

ORDERS ARE DUE BY NOON on TUESDAY DECEMBER 11th. NO LATE EXCEPTIONS. This School Year, Archbishop Bergan Catholic School implemented a Buy Your Own Device Program for student Chromebook Computers. This program allowed students in grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 to order a Chromebook that is owned by the student and be able to be used at school.

Archbishop Bergan Lady Knight Volleyball team won in the first round of State Volleyball. Bergan will play Pleasanton at 9:00am at Pinnacle Bank Arena. There will be NO SCHOOL on Friday 11/9/18 for grades PreK-12

Due to an internal transfer of positions, Archbishop Bergan Catholic School is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Middle/High School Para Educator.

We will have a 1:00pm dismissal for Thursday 11/8/18 for ALL PreK-12 classes. We will tentatively plan on cancelling school for Friday 11/9/18.

The students at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School are the greatest example of our public image. Our students do a great job outside of our school representing the Bergan Family with honor, respect and school pride. We are very proud of our students and the way that they conduct themselves as disciples of Christ.

Any Catholic 4th, 5th, or 6th grade student interested in becoming an Altar server should attend this training.

Knight's Code Student of the Month is an award given to two students each month at Bergan. To learn more about this award, click the title above.

The Family Handbook contains the rules and regulations of the school plus other needed information for both students and parents. Seventh through twelfth grade students will be given a handbook on the first day of school. Pre-Kindergarten through six grade students and their parents can access the student handbook by visiting our website www.berganknights.org under the “about” tab clicking on “Handbooks.” The handbook is titled “Family Handbook 2018-2019” Every parent and student should read the handbook carefully. Parents and students are then asked to sign and return all Student/Family handbook verification forms (copies are included in elementary packets) by Monday, August 20th. Your cooperation in returning these forms is needed and appreciated.

Archbishop Bergan Catholic School, in Fremont, NE is accepting applications for Middle/High School Lunch Program Manager for the 2018-2019 school year.

MS/HS Summer Hours
The summer hours for the MS/HS administration and student services office will be 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Advancement Staff will be available 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Elementary Summer Hours
The summer hours for the Elementary office will be 7:00 a.m. - 2:-00 p.m.

Buildings CLOSED
The Elementary will be CLOSED Saturday, July 14 through Sunday, July 22. The MS/HS building will be CLOSED Saturday, July 21 through Sunday, July 29. The maintenance staff will be scrubbing and waxing the floors. There will be no admittance or deliveries allowed to either building during those times.

Due to difficult weather and unsafe travel conditions, school will be cancelled at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School on Tuesday 1/23/18. Archbishop Bergan Catholic Early Childhood Education Center will be closed also.

Due to extremely cold temps, school will be cancelled at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School on Tuesday 1/16/18. Early Childhood Education Center is also closed.

Due to low registration numbers, the Bergan Trophy Tournament has been cancelled. Refunds will be made through Trackwrestling.

Due to inclement weather, school will be cancelled at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School on Thursday 1/11/18. Archbishop Bergan Catholic Early Childhood Education Center will be closed also.

Little Lady Knights Winter Dance Clinic

When: Clinic at Bergan Elementary gym on January 5 th , from 3:30-5:30pm
Supervision will be provided for Bergan girls at dismissal until start of clinic. Wear a tshirt and
shorts or leggings and tennis shoes. We will learn a dance and some dance skills. A snack will
be provided and tshirts will be handed out at the clinic. Clinic cost is $25. Hair bows are

available to order for $5.

All funds help the cheer and dance team pay for their state competition.
Performance will be on January 6 th at the BHS Varsity Girl’s Basketball game at BHS gym.

Game time is 6pm.

The next STEM Club meeting will take place October 10th instead of October 12th. STEM Club members will meet at our regular time of 3:30 on the 10th.
The following week we will also need to meet on Tuesday, which will be October 17th.
Regular Club Meetings are on Thursdays.
